While registering, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information and Sensitive Personal Data that can be used for electoral purposes. Personally identifiable information and Sensitive Personal Data may include, but are not limited to:

Identification Card Number
Age
Gender
Photo
First name, Middle name, and Last name
Phone number
Address, Region, City, Zone, Woreda, Kebele, House Number
Disability Status


Use of Your Personal Data

The NEBE may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To conduct elections and
For election-related activities
For Political Parties Administration.
Retention of Your Personal Data

The NEBE will retain your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. NEBE will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if NEBE is required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.


Delete Your Personal Data

If the Personal Data collected about you has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to claim that the personal data to be deleted as soon as possible without any payment.
